TRANSITIONAL HOUSING COORDINATOR
Plumas Rural Services has an opening for a Transitional Housing Coordinator. The position provides services and support to Plumas County Behavioral Health clients in need of housing and other supports. Position is responsible for overall implementation and coordination of housing program. The position requires significant client contact and travel. 40 hrs/wk @ $17.91 to $20.44/hour, cafeteria benefit package and vacation & sick leave available. The successful candidate must have an AA in human service field and 3 years’ experience in a comparable position OR high school diploma or equivalent and 6 years’ experience in a comparable position. Plumas Rural Services’ Domestic Violence Services has immediate openings for Domestic Violence Advocates to provide services for women and children. RESPITE CARE PROVIDER
The In-Home Respite program provides respite care for caregivers of the elderly and developmentally, mentally and physically disabled individuals. Under general supervision, this position provides in-home care, developmental and age appropriate activities for disabled or elderly individuals. Plumas Rural Services’ Domestic Violence Services has an opening for our Domestic Violence Case Manager position. The position provides services for people experiencing domestic abuse. This position is responsible for providing services to victims of domestic violence either through outreach of shelter-based services. This position also provides support group activities. Applicants must have 2 yrs exp providing similar human services. Must demonstrate the ability to effectively resolve conflict and cope with a crisis situation. Must have good computer skills. 40 hrs/wk. $14.21 to $15.34/hour, cafeteria benefit package and vacation & sick leave available. The successful candidate must pass a background clearance.
